Nexus Property Management C.R. was created by two local professionals with complementary backgrounds in law and real estate, brought together by a shared appreciation for thoughtful service, attention to detail, and the place we call home: Guanacaste.
We understand that owning a home in Costa Rica can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be difficult to manage when you are not here year-round. Whether a property is a second home, a vacation residence, an investment, or simply a place waiting for its owners to return, we believe it deserves consistent care and someone local who is genuinely paying attention.
